Day and Night, the 21 month drought

After getting the idea from a thread yesterday, I used PFR and actually did my own research. [http://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/201012190clt.htm]. This last game, the loss at Indy 12/19/2010 was strange to me. The Jaguars actually did not play bad in that game, Garrard fumbled once and threw a pick, but the Jaguars were in the game until the Hagler TD with 2 minutes left. Since then though......................Garrard never played a regular season game since, the Jaguars have had five QBs throw a pass for 20 INTS compared to 15 TDs. Five WRs/TEs who suited that day are no longer with the team as well as five defenders and the punter. Strangely though, the Defense is significantly similar. I ask though, what is the difference of 21 months? Is it two players combining for 17 TDs in 2010 for 0 in 2011? How about 3 more fumbles by the QB? How about Gabbert throwing fewer INTs? A lameduck coach versus one who wasn't? How about hiring a coach who never had a team finish greater than average?
