These are my friend's comments on Jedd Fisch. He's a UMiami fan whose opinions I highly respect:

As a coordinator, I was largely happy with Fisch. He ran a pro set offense, and he had some really nicely constructed pass plays. I have two main criticisms: (1) he tended at times to forget about running the ball. He could rely too much on the pass game when our offense was at its best when the run set up the pass. (2) His red zone play calling was a clear weakness. He would go away with what was working and try to get too cute around the goal line, using trick plays when they were totally unnecessary. I will say, he was very good with the QBs, which is probably why Jax was interested.
