Keim is set to become the third candidate interviewed by the Jaguars for the vacant GM position.

The Jaguars will interview Steve Keim, the vice president of player personnel for the Arizona Cardinals, for their vacant general manager position, according to a report from Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports.

Keim has spent his entire career over the last 14 seasons with the Cardinals after originally joining the team as a regional scout prior to the 1999 NFL season. After a series of promotions through his time with the team, including time as the director of college scouting and director of player personnel, he was eventually named the team's vice president of player personnel in May 2012.

A former offensive lineman at NC State, Keim had a short stint with the Miami Dolphins in 1996 and again with the Edmonton Eskimos of the CFL in 1997.

Shahid Khan interviewed Atlanta Falcons executive Dave Caldwell on Monday in Gainesville, Georgia before flying to San Jose, California to interview San Francisco 49ers executive Tom Gamble.
