The Leo is the talk of this forum lately and for good reason , our defense has nothing to it that is exciting so hopefully gus bradley can change that with this new piece to our defense. Here are a few players i think we can draft from the 3rd-5th round that could possibly fill that LEO role. I'm not the most informed about the leo role but I know there supposed to be someone who can get into the back field and disrupt it so these are a few players i think can fulfill that role.

Brandon Jenkins FSU OLB 6'3 260: Prior to being injured in 2012 Jenkins was a great pass rusher for the Noles. As a sophomore he had his breakout season recording 13.5 sacks and 21.5 tackles for a loss.

Brandon Jenkins:3rd round.

John Simon Ohio St. 6'2 256: John Simon to me was the most talented and high impact player for ohio state this season he recorded 9 sacks and 14.5 tackles for a loss. He had a rough senior bowl in coverage but he's a high motor guy and i think he would do great in the LEO.

John Simon:3rd round

*Sio Moore UCONN 6'1 240: He is by far my favorite late round prospect for any position. He's undersized for an OLB but he has good speed and instincts and he demonstrated his skills at the senior bowl. In 2012 he recorded 8 sacks 72 total tackles and 15.5 of those were for a loss. He's a baller , he's good in coverage, and his speed would be great to have rushing up the back field.

Sio Moore :3rd-4th round

Lerentee McCray UF 6'2 250: He has great speed of the edge and in 2012 he had 65 tackles (40 solo, 25 assisted), 12.5 TFL, 4.5 sacks, one interception, four pass breakups, three forced fumbles, two quarterback hurries and one fumble recovery. I first noticed him in the game against Texas A&M when he's going against luke joeckel, mccray consistently challenged joeckel and he had a great game against him.Did he dominate him? , no but Mccray showed his versatility when he would have is hand in the dirt at de, then stand up in coverage at lb so he highly impressed me.

Lerentee McCray:4th-5th round

Corey Lemonier AU 6'3 242 : DE/OLB Another player whom had a down year but i believe lemonier is a poor man's barkevious mingo. He that greta explosive step and put up big numbers last year recording 13.5 tackles for a loss and 9.5 sacks. As I said he had a down year but he is still great players with good length and great speed. If he was able to perform like he did in this game consistently he would have still been ranked as a 1st rounder.

Give me your thoughts on these guys and the draft. Go Jags.
