The Jacksonville Jaguars spent the third day of free agency not signing players to improve their roster, but rather evaluating QB Geno Smith at his WVU pro day on Thursday. The Jaguars are likely looking to select a quarterback high in April's NFL Draft and Smith would seem to be a liogical candidate for Jacksonville to select with the second overall pick.
