The Jacksonville Jaguars are reportedly down to just two players they fell happy picking with the second overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, and most of us have a good idea of who those two players could be. One of them, most people think, is Oregon pass rusher Dion Jordan, who would seem to be a perfect match for the Jaguars new hybrid defensive scheme.
In their latest NFL Mock Draft, Mocking The Draft thinks that could be the case:
|2. Jacksonville Jaguars
||Dion Jordan, Oregon||LB/DE||6'6||248||Sr.|
Although we've been projecting Geno Smith to the Jaguars for a couple months, there is no certainty that's where they're going. One of the key spots in Gus Bradley's defense is the Leo, and Jordan would be so much better for the position than Jason Babin.
