The Great Debate QB or DE?

As the NFL draft is fast approaching us, many mock drafters are wondering which direction the Jacksonville Jaguars will take with the 2nd overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft. I finished reading Mel Kiper's mock, which had us taking the DE from BYU, which makes sense we haven't had a DE produce multi digit sacks since TONY BRACKENS (face palm), so it's time for all of that to change, but is the kid from BYU really the answer? What's scares me about him is the fact the people are high on what he can become, not what he already is. We took another player like that in 2008, a one Derrick Harvey and we've all see how well that worked out, yes we don't have to trade away half of our draft picks for him this yer, but is he really what Dave Cadwell wants to start his relationship with this team, taking a player who's greatest asset is based on chance? Also, if we take the DE from BYU, then that means we're gonna draft a QB in the 2nd round who probably any other year woulda been a 3-4 round pick. Kiper has us taking Matt Barkley, god help us, why don't we just take either BAP or a CB (as several are sure to fall) and address the QB question next season when the prospects are a little safer to rest your laurels on, thoughts?
