Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew is believed to have been charged with misdemeanor battery stemming from an incident at the Conch House restaurant, where Jones-Drew allegedly knocked out a security guard. According to Adisa Bakari, Jones-Drew's agent, his client has not been formally charged.

"Maurice (Jones-Drew) was there and was not involved. As soon as an altercation broke out, Maurice exited the premises," Bakari told Adam Schefter of ESPN.
As of this posting, a new police report has not been issued by the St. Augustine Police Department. If a new report is released, we shall further update this story.
