It's like .....poetry.
How can you not think of Samuel Taylor Coleridge's Kubla Khan, where the great emperor of the Yuan Dynasty builds Xanadu, his pleasure garden?
Well, I re-purposed the first part of the poem and just left out the second half about the woman wailing for her demon-lover, the damsel with the dulcimer, and feeding on honey-dew...

A stately pleasure-zone decree:
Where St. Johns, the sacred river, ran
Through sedges measureless to man
Down to a sun-filled sea.
One hundred yards of fertile ground
With lines and posts were girdled round:
And there were sections alive with fabulous yells,
Where boasted many a fan bearing a shield;
And there a mascot sturdy as the hills,
Running through sunny spots of field.
But oh! those deep romantic pools adorned
Above the north hill athwart a concrete cover!
A wondrous place! as lovely and enchanted
As e'er beneath the giant video boards
With food and drink in the cabanas found under!
