Jaguars' Chris Prosinski has a nose for the football | jacksonville.com

Jaguars safety Chris Prosinski's nose isn't having a good training camp. However, the third-year veteran is as the team prepares for its first scrimmage Saturday night at EverBank Field. The bridge of Prosinski's nose has been bloodied the last two days during practice. The 6-foot-1, 208-pound Prosinski says he's struggling to find a helmet that won't slide down. He doesn't appear to be struggling on the field.

Jaguars claim long snapper, is Jeremy Cain on the bubble? | Big Cat Country

The Jacksonville Jaguars have claimed long snapper Luke Ingram off waivers on Thursday afternoon. Ingram was originally signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent, but was released on Wednesday. With the addition of Ingram, the Jaguars now have a total of three long snappers on the roster, including veteran Jeremy Cain and rookie Carson Tinker. Cain's roster spot seems to appear to be in jeopardy now with the team holding three long snappers currently. It's not that Jeremy Cain hasn't been good in camp, but I haven't really paid much attention to the long snappers. He's a entering his eighth NFL season and is 33 years old with a base salary of $900,000.

Inside the Jaguars: Brown continues to impress | Jaguars.com

JACKSONVILLE - Mike Brown's approach for a year and a half has been about consistency. He focused on that last year, earning a spot on the Jaguars' practice squad as a rookie free agent, and that has been his goal in an offseason and training camp of transition.

On the Jaguars' approach to 'winning' | ESPN.com

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Before I left the Jacksonville Jaguars training camp, I spent time considering this story. The Jaguars aren't talking about winning or success and are focused merely on the sort of improvements that can produce the desired results. I know it'll be misinterpreted, but I completely understand the way they are framing things and think it's a smart stance for a team that needs two or three years to rebuild.
