The Jacksonville Jaguars have been fortunate to not suffer any major injuries through training camp thus far, knock on wood, but do have a couple of players banged up a little bit. The NFL does not require teams to list an official injury report for the preseason nor do teams have to fully disclose injuries right now.
Fortunately, the Jaguars are very open this year with their injuries and we know a bit about some of the guys who are sitting out practice.
Jaguars injury report for Tuesday's practice:
DE Jeremy Mincey (concussion)
WR Cecil Shorts III (calf)
SS Jonathan Cyprien (hamstring)
RB Justin Forsett (toe)
WR Justin Blackmon (groin)
Cyprien and Blackmon have been out a while and both Forsett and Mincey suffered their injuries last week, but both hope to be ready by Friday's preseason game against the Miami Dolphins. Shorts suffered a calf strain on Monday and left practice early, but like Forsett and Mincey he hopes to be back by Friday.
