The Jacksonville Jaguars are taking on the Kansas City Chiefs to open the 2013 NFL season. We finally made it and real NFL football that counts is here.
There are some questions heading into the game for the Jaguars, especially the availability of quarterback Blaine Gabbert, who fractured his thumb in the second game of the preseason and has been out the final two games. Gabbert practiced all week however, and according to reports he's going to start the game as expected.
It's a game between two similar teams who have gone through a lot of change over the offseason, but the Jaguars are 4-1 all time against the Chiefs at home and have a good shot of opening up 2013 on a winning note.
