Jaguars offseason workout 2014 schedule and more

The Jaguars begin their two-month offseason workout program on Monday.

The Jacksonville Jaguars report to EverBank Field on Monday to begin the 2014 offseason program. The program lasts for nearly two-months leading up to OTAs and training camp, but there are very specific rules laid out by the collective bargaining agreement stating what players can and cannot do.

Jaguars 2014 Offseason Schedule:

Phase One

Players are limited to strength and conditioning work and with only the team's strength and conditioning staff if they go on the field, meaning no field work with coaches.

If players do work on the field it's limited to 90 minutes per day.

Players are limited to just four hours of work per day.

Phase Two

Players are allowed only four hours of work per day.

Players are now permitted to work with coaches on the field and are permitted to run individual drills.

During drills, players are allowed to wear helmets on the field and offense-vs-defense drills are permitted.

Phase Three

Ten organized team activity (OTA) workouts begin as well as a mandatory three-day mini-camp.

The OTAs are scheduled for May 27, 28, 29 and June 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 12 and 13 and will be close to the general public, media are permitted however.

Mini-camp is scheduled for June 17, 18 and 19 and are generally open to the general public.

The Jaguars are permitted to do 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills without contact.

No live drills between linemen or receivers/defensive backs.
