The Jacksonville Jaguars were underdogs in I believe every single game for the 2013 NFL season and rightfully so in most cases. It probably won't be much different this year and according to Covers.com the team has opened up as an early 11-point road underdog against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Most will remember the Jaguars seemed to be double-digit underdogs in a handful of games last year, most notably their 20+ point underdog status against the Denver Broncos, which they covered.
The schedule for the Jaguars this season should be much easier than it was last year, but I'm not sure how much of an uptick in wins the team will have. It's hard to judge before we know who the team ends up with in the NFL Draft and final cuts and waiver wire shopping.
