X-Money One and only MOCK DRAFT 2014

We will start off this draft by drafting some of our biggest needs on the team. I went with people I believe can be starters on this team right away at the top of the draft. Here we go.

QB TEDDY BRIDGEWATER - This to me is a no brainer. He was the top QB before the draft process started and in my eyes he stays there. His game tape proves to me he has everything our team will need to succeed.

S DEONE BUCANNON - Ball hawk who can hit. Has the range to play center field or fill in at SS to give Gus the ability to disguise coverages even more between Bucannon and Cyprien.

C MARCUS MARTIN - Starting Center of the future. Has the arm length and athletic ability to make it to the second level.

WR CODY LATIMER - Wide Receiver that is receiving lots of buzz right now. Has the height and frame to be a decent RZ target. Has shown issues with concentration leading to drops. Great value at the top of the fourth round in this deep WR class.

DT DANIEL MCCULLERS - Big bodied mountain of a man. Has weight issues as he has pushed 400+ in the past. Needs to work on his pad level coming out of his stance. Likely a great rotation player behind Roy Miller potentially grooming to start.

TE CROCKETT GILMORE - Gus had his hands on him during the Senior Bowl. Has the ability to be a #2 TE behind Lewis. I am imagining the RZ lineup being very tall. Latimer, Lewis, Gilmore, Shorts lll, Coleman. Sounds good to me.

OLB PRINCE SHEMBO - Physical LB that can be used on stunts on blitz packages. Likely a rotational LEO candidate.

WR BRANDON COLEMAN - Big bodied WR who has to build up his speed. Does not run routes great nor catch with his hands much if at all but at the end of the 5th likely to contribute as a rotational WR in RZ situations. He does however do a good job of posting up smaller Corners.

G JON HALAPIO - He can come in and fight for the LG spot. Has a large frame and a strong initial punch. May need a year or two to develop.

OLB RON POWELL - Another LEO prospect. Came into the NCAA as the #2 recruit in the nation. Has the ability to be an edge rusher. At times he gets lost in the fray and seems to give up on plays from time to time. There is some serious potential in the kid he just has to focus on his craft and learn.

KENTUCKY - Heat seeking missile. Great short area burst to stop runs. Likely a replacement when the time comes for Pozlusny.

There you have it folks my 2014 NFL mock draft for our Jacksonville Jaguars. Enjoy and feel free to present your questions comments below.
