Key Free Agents

Kevin Zeitler G Cincinnati (4 year 44M)- The Jags need to follow the path the Raiders took and spend huge on their o-line. Zeitler is one of the best guards in the league and would immediately improve our line.

Jason Pierre-Paul DE New York (5 year 80m)- I think if JPP hits the free Agency market the chances of the Jags getting him are high. Switching to a more conventional 4-3 front the Jags are in desperate need of an end who can rush the passer across from Ngakoue. JPP is only 28 and he would be the perfect complement to Malik Jackson on the D-line.

Ricky Wagner T Baltimore (4year 40M)- Keeping in line with the spend big on the offensive line approach. Jeremy Parnell has been hot garbage in his time in Jacksonville. Wagner is a great RT whose strong in both the pass and run game and would bring stability to the right side of our O-line.

Brian Hoyer QB Chicago (2 year 10)- Hoyer is the perfect QB for competition for Bortles, he's good enough were if Bortles beats him out it means Bortles is playing at least average; if Bortles sucks the seasons is not completely lost.

Kyle Juszczyk FB Baltimore (2 year 4M)- The Jags haven't carried a FB on the roster in some time with Hackett as our OC and a real recommitting to the running game i see this as a position that re-appears on the team.

Draft

Round 1 Pick 4 Ryan Ramczyk LT Wisconsin- The surprise of the draft. Kelvin Beachum was average last year and I think a move inside to guard would be best for him to improve his play. Enter the player who fills that role for him. Ryan Ramczyk has all the tools and the body to be an elite LT. I love Big Ten offensive linemen, and when they're high rated coming out of college you can almost bet your house that there floor is going to be a solid starter at worst. I think Ramczyk whose touted as a super athletic LT will rise higher up the draft boards after the combine.

Round 2 Budda Baker S Washington- The only difference between Baker and the top two safeties in this draft (Adams, Hooker), is size. Baker much like Jalen Ramsey can play SS, FS, and SCB and he's great at them all. This is as close of a comparison that you could get to Tyrann Mathieu as you could get without it actually being him. Baker is just the type of explosive/versatile player we need to take our Defense to the next level.

Round 3 Tyus Bowser EDGE Virginia- After Myles garret, and Derek Barnett don't think there is an edge rusher in the draft who can come in and start for the Jags. Bowser is an elite athlete and has all the tools needed to become a great edge rusher; the big knock on him is that he's extremely raw. I think he can come in and be a situational and Ngakoue will keep him form having to be on the field to much until he starts to develop more.

Round 4 Awuzie Chidoze CB Colorodo- CB Depth. Chidoze is a CB with good size and athleticism who is good at all facets of DB play but master of none. The way I see it that makes perfect CB depth.

Round 5 Vince Beigel SLB Wisconsin- The perfect SLB in a classic 4-3 the only reason he goes in the fifth is because of a foot injury he suffered at the end of the season. Would be great depth behind Fowler who gets a position change to SLB.

Round 6 Jake Butt TE Michigan- This is a player that could fall because of injury. If Butt doesn't suffer an ACL tear in the Bowl game he's probably a first rounder. Even round 6 may still be to low for him even with injury. If Julius Thomas doesn't perform this year we have a TE with a tremendous pedigree that can replace him next year.

Round 7 Stevie Tu'ikolovatu NT USC- Mammoth DT plays the run extremely well and eats space. Good Depth behind Abry Jones, and could help in G-line situations.
