This year marks the 25th season for the Jacksonville Jaguars. To celebrate, we’re counting down 100 days from our regular season kickoff with the top 100 moments in franchise history.
Yesterday it was Mr. 21 himself — Aaron Beasley.
Today? We’re celebrating Jalen Ramsey.
“I’m Killmonger. A lot of people are gonna hate me before they like me.”
In 2016, he was named to the Pro Football Writers of America’s All-Rookie team.
In 2017, he was named to a Pro Bowl.
In 2018, another one.
He’s an All-Pro talent who will likely sign the richest contract for a cornerback in NFL history when he becomes a free agent. He’s got nine interceptions, one touchdown, 44 passes defended, and one forced fumble.
And he hasn’t even started his fourth season yet.
He’s the most nationally celebrated player in this franchise history and in just three seasons he’s made a lot of memories in Jacksonville already. He arrived to training camp in a Brink’s truck. He called your favorite team’s quarterback trash. He is going to the Super Bowl and he’s gonna win that bitch.
One day.
We’re 20 days away from kicking off Jacksonville’s season, so we’re talking about Mr. 20 himself.
What’s your favorite Jalen Ramsey memory so far?
For my money — it’s got to be his fourth quarter interception to secure this franchise’s first playoff win in a decade.
But what’s yours?
