The Jaguars WR has missed consecutive practices despite Mike Mularkey telling the media that he passed his concussion test.
Despite passing a concussion test earlier in the week along with Montell Owens and Kevin Rutland, Jaguars wide receiver Laurent Robinson has yet to make his return to the practice field as he watched from the sideline for a second consecutive day.
"The concussion players all passed the concussion tests and are cleared by the doctors," Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey told reporters on Wednesday. "We're going to be smart with those guys and limit contact with them, just today, just to make sure that they stay that way, they stay cleared."
If Robinson were unable to start, the replacement starter would likely be between Cecil Shorts III and Kevin Elliott. Upon leaving the game in the first quarter, it was Elliott that received Robinson's snaps in his place. However, given Shorts's production, he may get more of an opportunity moving forward.
