Straight out of the "huh?" department, Jacksonville signed much Maligned Cornerback Ahmad Carroll.
Yeah, he's the former first round Green Bay cornerback who's described as struggling "with the ball down field" and "It's been a problem for him and people will continue to challenge him until he stops it." (Says Green Bay Coach Mike McCarthy.
Now, it's ONLY a one year deal, so it's not much of a risk for Jacksonville. With Mathis and Willaims, we're not hurting at CB, so I'm curious to see how this plays out. It'd be nice to steal a good cornerback, but I don't know that Green Bay missed something that Jacksonville sees.
(Then again, Green Bay can't recognize that Lord Brett has lost his game)
