Update [2007-10-16 15:9:56 by River City Rage]: To listen to the whole song, you have to go to their myspace page. I didn't realize the embedded player would only play 30 sec.
So the fine folks over at E.R.R.U.P.T. Studios have written a kick ass "Rally Song" for the Jaguars. It's called "Jacktown Jaguars", and you can listen to it here at the bottom of this post.
Quite frankly, I think it's cool as hell. It's not my cup of tea per se, I'm more of a pretentous indie music snob, but it's damn catchy. I plan on listening to it on my way to the game on Monday.
It's free to listen to here on the player, and it's only a buck if you want to buy it. It's all local Jacksonville talent, no phoney import music here!
You can get more infomation at the Jacktown Jags Official Myspace Page.. Which also surprised me for the depth of Jaguar fans on the ole MySpace. Maybe I should get me a Big Cat Country myspace page. I feel so unhip, not being on the Myspace train.
Anyhow, I know it's not the deepest post in the world, but it makes me happy to see some local support for the team coming from "Jack Town"!
