According to Gene Frenette of the Florida Times-Union via Twitter, Trent Edwards was running plays he'd only seen on paper and never actually run in even practice.

Do not judge Trent Edwards based solely on play vs. Titans. He was asked to run plays he had only seen on paper, not practiced

All things considered (the above, two weeks on team, etc.) he wasn't terrible and moved the offense.

I guess.
