According to Paul Kuharsky of ESPN.com, the Jacksonville Jaguars have placed offensive tackle Kevin Haslam on injured reserve with a hand injury. To fill Haslam's roster spot, the Jaguars have promoted offensive tackle Daniel Baldridge from the practice squad and signed offensive lineman Jonathan Palmer to their practice squad. Palmer played college football at Auburn and was signed originally by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2007 as an undrafted free agent. He's spent time on the Eagles, Cardinals, Raiders, Panthers, Giants, and Steelers.
