David Garrard ties franchise touchdown record

During the Jaguars 38-31 win over Oakland, QB David Garrard threw his 20th touchdown pass of the season. With that, he tied Mark Brunell's record for most TD passes in a season. Just wanted to congratulate him on that achievement.
