Per Chris Steuber, the Jaguars will be one of the teams present at tonight's game between Arizona and Arizona State.

The main reason Jaguar fans should pay attention is Arizona QB Nick Foles. Foles leads the PAC-10 in passing yards per game. Considering he's in the same conference as Andrew Luck, that's quite a feat. Foles is a Junior, but I think there is a decent shot of him coming out this year. With senior QBs such as Christian Ponder and Jake Locker underwhelming, Foles could find his way into the first round.
