Do you have the first or second pick in your CBSSports.com Fantasy Football league?

If you do, I know a little guy you should take.

Everyone knows Maurice Jones-Drewis a top flight fantasy football runningback, but a lot of people still consider him the 3rd runningback after Tennessee's Chris Johnson and Minnesota's Adrian Peterson.

Not so fast.

Most leagues now offer points per reception, which should get you plenty of points from Maurice Jones-Drew this season. Chris Johnson I believe is the consensus number one fantasy back coming off his 2,000 yard season, but I have worries if he can replicate that type of production. I'm certainly not saying DON'T selection Chris Johnson first overall, but I am saying consider Maurice Jones-Drew

If training camp has been any indication, Jones-Drew is going to get a lot of carries and a lot of receptions out of the backfield. Maurice is also averaging 13.5 touchdowns per season (not including kick returns), so you can almost bank on at least 13 touchdowns from him. He also averages 50 receptions per season over the last 4 years, including being over 50 receptions the past two seasons.
