2011 Senior Bowl Day 1 Round-up

I only got to catch part of the practices yesterday, so I can't really give a full report. A couple things I noticed however was that Jake Locker has a howitzer for an arm. I saw him scream in a deep post for a long completion. I also saw him try to throw the ball through his checkdown target, however. He's still very, very raw with some accuracy issues, but you can see why scouts drool over him. Titus Young from Boise State is unbelievably fast, but he drops quite a few passes. Could just be Day 1 jitters, could be Locker throws the ball too hard (hehe), but something to watch. Ryan Kerrigan got good pressure at times but he also got engulfed by offensive lineman too.

A link dump for some practice reports are after the jump.
