One of the best players on the Jaguars defense wasn't at practice today. Linebacker Daryl Smith didn't appear during the portion of practice open to the media. His injury is unknown. Linebacker Clint Session was at practice, but wasn't in with the first team when those drills began. He's had a brace on his right elbow all week.
