QB: McNabb is likely gone, and Grossman is awful. They need a QB big-time.
RB: Torain was decent for them this year, but they could use an upgrade. Shanahan usually isn't big on big-name backs, though, as evidenced by the fact that he traded Portis to these same Redskins.
WR: Horrific bunch with Santana Moss possibly gone. Huge need.
TE: No needs here.
OL: They need more guys, but Trent Williams was really solid at LT last year. They probably won't be picking an offensive lineman at 10.
DL: Their 3-4 definitely needs more guys; they have subpar talent on the D-Line at this point. Definitely a need.
ILB: London Fletcher is awesome, but he's getting up there in years. This is a position of need.
OLB: Brian Orakpo is awesome, but they need a guy for the other side. Definitely a need.
CB: One of the league's worst pass defenses. Huge need.
S: LaRon Landry is very solid, but they could use a better partner for him.

The voting will be open for somewhere in the neighborhood of two or three days per pick. If it's obvious which player has been voted for the pick I'll close the voting and open the next one.
