Deunta Williams 2011 NFL Draft Profile

 Alfie's Player Ranking 97 out of 100
Projected Round: 3

Today continues my countdown to the Top 100 draftable players of the 2011 NFL Draft. We move on to my 97th ranked player, North Carolina safety Deunta Williams.

Height: 6-2

Weight: 215lbs

PROS: Good size for the position in the NFL. Flows well to the football and can play center field. Can play both safety positions at the NFL level. Is good in zone coverage reading the quarterback and can come up in the box and support the run.

CONS: Part of the group of players suspended in 2010. Production took a nose dive his final season. Can get caught up in traffic at times in the middle of the field and will miss some open field tackles. Broke his leg in his final game and won't be able to participate in the combine.
