Alfie's Player Ranking 91 out of 100
Projected Round: 3-4

Today continues my countdown to the Top 100 draftable players of the 2011 NFL Draft. We move on to my 91st ranked player, Kansas State running back Daniel Thomas.

Height: 6-2
Weight: 228lbs

PROS: Great size and speed for the running back position. Breaks tackles and picks up yards after contact. Smart and patient runner, shows good vision and lets his blocks setup. Good goal line running back who has a nose for the endzone. More of a north/south runner. Not a whole lot of mileage on his body.

CONS: Not overly quick, is a long strider. More of a power back, overall speed isn’t great. Runs too upright and might be hampered by leg injuries at the next level. Doesn’t offer much of anything as a receiver out of the backfield.
