Jacksonville Jaguars 2011 Schedule Predictions

The Jacksonville Jaguars 2011 regular season schedule will be coming on Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. The schedule will be shown on NFL Network and ESPN, as well as NFL.com. We already know which teams the Jaguars are going to face, we just don't know "when."

HOME: Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, San Diego Chargers, Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texans, and the Tennessee Titans.

AWAY: Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, Atlanta Falcons, New York Jets, Carolina Panthers, Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texans, and the Tennessee Titans.

Here are some quick thoughts before the schedule is released.

I'm not sure the Jaguars will get a primetime game in 2011. The lone primetime game the Jaguars had in 2010 was one of the most unwatchable football games in recent memory. I mean, it was just painful to watch. If I had to pick one however, I'd lean towards the game at Pittsburgh. The Steeler/Jaguars games are typically very good and entertaining. Plus, I'd expect the Steelers to have a few prime timers.

I'd have to think if the Jaguars did receive a primetime game, it would be early in the season. I don't think the Jaguars will be viewed as a "playoff team" heading into 2011 and typically those teams win out on the late primetime games. I'd also expect another slew of games at 1:00 P.M. at EverBank Field.
