There were not a lot of bright spots for the Jaguars in the 2012 season, which will mercifully come to an end after the Jaguars trip to Nashville on Sunday. There is something that can come from it, for the players at least.
"I think the learning experience," Jaguars linebacker Paul Posluszny told reporters on Wednesday about what he'll take from the worst season in franchise history. "The group of guys that we had here, even though we were in tough spots at times, the guys always played hard. Played hard and stuck together to the end. You never saw us give up. You never saw us quit in a game. We obviously had a hard time winning, but we fought hard regardless of the situation."
The 2012 season can be a lesson in adversity for the players who remain on the roster in 2013, and it can be a great perspective to have as you grind through tough losses and the long NFL season.
