NFL Power Rankings, The Season's End

With the conclusion of the New York Giants taking down the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI, the 2011 NFL season is officially done. We can now turn our focus to things like free agency and the NFL draft. This means there is one last look at the NFL Power Rankings and Joel Thorman of SB Nation has them ready to go. So, where do the Jacksonville Jaguars fall in? Not very high.

26. Jacksonville Jaguars (5-11, LW: 27): Another team that comes down to the quarterback question. Let's be honest: Blaine Gabbert wasn't very good, even for a rookie. He'll now have a full offseason under his belt so a more fair assessment of him as a quarterback will come in 2012.

This ranking isn't unsurprising, as the Jaguars struggled to pick up their five wins on the season. They're the highest ranked 5-11 team, so there's that right?
