The Jacksonville Jaguars have released offensive tackle Kevin Haslam, according to a tweet by the young offensive tackle.

Haslam was originally picked up by the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent prior to the 2010 NFL season. Haslam impressed in training camp and the preseason, playing himself onto the Jaguars final roster by showing his versatility on the offensive line, playing both offensive tackle positions and in the interior of the like. Haslam was looking like he could push to be the team's primary back up swing tackle and even start at one of the guard positions before he suffered a season ending injury. Haslam tore his MCL back in August and was placed on injured reserve for the season.
Haslam was do $465,000 in salary in 2012 and was slated to become a free agent in 2013.
