Free agent wide receiver Laurent Robinson has scheduled a visit with the Jacksonville Jaguars according to a report by Jason La Canfora of NFL Network.
Dallas WR Laurent Robinson on his way to visit the Jags. Cowboys will try to keep him #freeagency— Jason La Canfora (@JasonLaCanfora) March 13, 2012
Robinson broke on to the scene last season for the Dallas Cowboys, catching 54 passes for 858 yards and 11 touchdowns. Prior to breaking out with the Cowboys Robinson failed with two other teams before catching on with the Cowboys. Robinson was originally drafted by the Atlanta Falcons, spending two seasons with the team. After Atlanta, Robinson spent two season with the St. Louis Rams.
Robinson is a big time speed threat, which is something the Jaguars need on their offense. He did a good job with explosive plays for the Cowboys in 2011, and as La Canfora notes the Cowboys will try to keep him.
