The Jacksonville Jaguars players can begin reporting to EverBank Field today to start the offseason workout program. The players can speak with coaches and work out in the newly renovated weight room and locker room, but they still cannot get into the playbook and talk "football". According to JaguarsInsider, the first person in the building today was punter Spencer Lanning.
It has come to my attention that punter Spencer Lanning was the first player in the building today for offseason workouts.#Jaguars

Almost all of the Jaguars players are expected to report today, but there will be a couple who don't. One player in particular is kicker Josh Scobee, who has yet to sign his franchise tender and is trying to get a new long term deal done. Running back Maurice Jones-Drew is also unlikely to attend, but that has more so to do with the fact that he got married over the weekend. There is a possibility Jones-Drew will be looking for a new deal before the start of the season, but if he doesn't report this week it's because he's enjoying his honeymoon.
