It’s not ideal, but Jaguars Head Coach Mike Mularkey said moving practice indoors on days such as Tuesday isn’t crippling, either. Rain for the second time this off-season forced the Jaguars inside on Tuesday, with Mularkey moving the seventh practice of 2012 organized team activities to the lower club level of EverBank Field in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Beryl.

The right time to ask

Jaguars rookie wide receiver Justin Blackmonsays he’s not a guy who minds asking questions. Mike Mularkey would like to see him keep asking more. Blackmon, a first-round selection in the 2012 NFL Draft, is spending the ongoing organized team activities learning a new offense, and Mularkey – the Jaguars’ head coach – said because of Blackmon’s projected role, he’s learning a huge amount of information in a very short time.

The Jaguars agreed to terms with Andre Branch on a four-year deal worth $5.1 million, a source said. Branch, the Jaguars' second-round pick last month, has impressed Jaguars defensive line coach Joe Cullen and his teammates during organized team activities. The defensive end out of Clemson caught the eye of the Jaguars early in the pre-draft process.
