As the Justin Blackmon turns, the Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver plead not guilty earlier on Monday to his DUI charge in Oklahoma. While originally it was thought that Blackmon would not get jail time for the offense, according to some tweets by Vito Stellino of the Florida Times-Union, Blackmon could be facing some jail time.
Just talked to DA in Oklahoma. Sez Blackmon pleads guilty to DUI or they go to trial. They won't plea bargain down to reckless driving

DA said first time offenders must get treatment and usually probation but judge could go for jail time.

It's also worth noting that according to a police affadavit, Blackmon was argumentative with the Payne County police stating, "I just flew in. I don't know why you are harassing me.'' Stellino also notes that Blackmon registered a .26 on a second breathalyzer test after blowing a .24 on the first.
Blackmon's DUI is only a misdemeanor instead of a felony because his original DUI was knocked down to minor possession of beer. If Blackmon does happen to get another DUI however, it will be a felony charge.
