Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew is in the midst of a contract squabble with the Jaguars. Jones-Drew has two years left on his current deal and wants to renegotiate his contract after leading the NFL in rushing during the 2011 NFL season on an offense that couldn't pass their way out of a wet paper bag.
Earlier today, former Jaguars running back Fred Taylor opined that based on talks with Jones-Drew, he believes the Jaguars running back will miss some training camp, which also leads some to believe he might miss some games. Well, Jones-Drew won't be missing any games if he plans to win his fantasy league this year.

I don't know a heck of a lot about fantasy football, but I do know if you're selecting yourself with a first-round pick in a fantasy football draft, you're not going to plan to miss many, if any games during the season. Then you're just hurting your fantasy team. No one wants to hurt their own fantasy team.
What Jones-Drew really should have done was draft Rashad Jennings. Think of all the lols.
