The Jacksonville Jaguars still had two rookies unsigned, as the team is set to report to training camp on July 27. In the wee hours of the night, the Jaguars and third-round pick punter Bryan Anger agreed to terms on a new contract, leaving Justin Blackmon as the only unsigned rookie in the Jaguars 2012 NFL Draft class.
Jags signed 3rd-rd Bryan Anger last night, meaning Justin Blackmon is their last unsigned pick. His deal not expected to be done before camp

As Schefter notes on the Blackmon front, his deal is going to take a bit longer to get done with the Jaguars wanting to have offset language in the deal, to protect themselves in case Blackmon has another DUI or other legal matter. Blackmon's agent, as he shouldn't, does not want the offset language in the deal and it appears the two sides have dug their heels in.
