The Jacksonville Jaguars have been hit by a few injuries in training camp so far, most notably at the offensive line. Second-year guard Will Rackley has an high ankle sprain and will miss at least the preseason, but now offensive guard Jason Spitz is on the mend now with a foot injury, which will have him out of action for two to three weeks according to Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey.
"He's got a sprained foot as well. He will be two to three weeks," Mularkey said after practice on Sunday about Spitz's injury.
Mularkey wasn't sure if the team would hit the wire for a new guard to sign, "We're going to discuss that, but we haven't talked about it yet."
The good news for the Jaguars on the injury front however, is that left tackle Eugene Monroe was back in practice after missing a week. The Jaguars also got back back up swing tackle Cameron Bradfield, who's returning from the PUP list.
