The Jacksonville Jaguars have hired David Caldwell as their new general manager and will be introducing him at a press conference at EverBank Field at 4 p.m. You can listen to the press conference live on Jaguars.com and it will also be streamed on the Jaguars Radio Network on AM690 WOKV.
Caldwell, 38, served as the director of pro personnel for the Atlanta Falcons for the 2012 season and spent the previous four seasons as the Falcons scouting director. Prior to working with the Falcons, Caldwell had stints with the Indianapolis Colts and Carolina Panthers as a regional and area scout.
During the introductory press conference it's likely that Caldwell will discuss his vision for the franchise going forward, the head coaching situation, the quarterback situation, and much more.
