NFL playoff schedule 2013: Ravens vs. Broncos, Packers vs. 49ers on slate

The divisional round of the playoffs begins on Saturday with the Ravens facing the Broncos and the Packers taking on the 49ers. Will either road team be able to pull the upset?

Rob Carr

The 2013 NFL playoffs continue on Saturday and both divisional matchups are a rematch of earlier games this season. Green Bay and Baltimore will both go on the road this week, attempting to avenge home losses during the regular season.

Baltimore at Denver 4:30 p.m. ET, CBS

Riding an 11-game winning streak, the Denver Broncos may be the hottest team in the NFL. They will attempt to keep that streak alive when they host the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday to kickoff the divisional round of the NFL playoffs.

Road playoff games are nothing new for the Ravens -- Sunday will be Baltimore's ninth road playoff game since 2008 -- but the Ravens are still searching for their first playoff win against Peyton Manning. Manning beat the Ravens twice when he was with the Colts.

The Broncos should be well-rested coming off a bye week and also have the advantage of playing at home where they went 7-1 during the regular season. The two teams met in Week 15 of the regular season with Denver coming away with a 34-17 victory at Baltimore.

Green Bay at San Franciso 8 p.m. ET, FOX

In the second game on Saturday, the Packers and 49ers will renew their postseason rivalry. Saturday's game will be the sixth time the teams have met in the postseason, but the first since 2001. Green Bay is 4-1 against San Francisco in the postseason, but will face a tough test on the road.

San Francisco beat Green Bay 30-22 on the road in the season opener, but a lot has happened since then. Most notably, Colin Kaepernick replaced Alex Smith for San Francisco. Kaepernick will make his postseason debut on Saturday in just his eighth career NFL start.

On the other side, Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers will be making the eighth postseason start of his career.
