The Jacksonville Jaguars hired head coach Gus Bradley on Thursday, which means he's going to have to make some decisions on his coaching staff, including the coaches currently in place. One coach who's drawing some interest from other teams is wide receiver coach Jerry Sullivan.
Hearing WR coach Jerry Sullivan (Jags) would like to join BA's staff in Az, he's one of the best in the business, Bucs also have interest.— Mike Jurecki (@mikejurecki) January 18, 2013
Sullivan has worked with Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald in the offseason previously, even having Fitzgerald lobby for the Cardinals to hire Sullivan as their wide receiver coach. The Jaguars can block the move of Sullivan if they choose to, but some of their coaches they've given permission to seek positions elsewhere.
I would assume Sullivan is one of the coaches the Jaguars would like to hold on to, partially because of the work he did with Cecil Shorts III.
