The Jacksonville Jaguars have narrowed the general manager search to two finalists, according to multiple reports. Reports indicate that Steve Keim and David Caldwell are the finalists for the Jaguars general manager. Earlier on the weekend Tom Gamble reportedly decline a second interview with the Jaguars, leaving just Keim and Caldwell as the favorites.

Caldwell, who has spent the past few seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, interviewed initially with the Jaguars on Monday and again met with Shad Khan at the Jaguars facility later in the week. Caldwell has drawn interest from multiple teams and according to reports would likely bring along San Francisco 49ers offensive coordinator Greg Roman as a head coach, according to reports.

Keim, who has spent time with the Arizona Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles, and New England Patriots has drawn plenty of interest around the league for open general manager positions. Keim began his career with the Cardinals in 1999 and was recently promoted to VP of player personnel after the 2012 NFL Draft. He assists in overseeing both the pro and college scouting departments and has extensive college scouting experience.
