The fate of Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey has yet to be decided, but the rumors circling around coaching circles is apparently that the Jaguars will be looking to replace him.
Buzz from coaching convention: Jaguars job will open. Have a candidate in mind, believed to be in playoffs. GM hire part of it, obviously.

While rumors are just rumors, but there has talk of whoever the Jaguars new general manager will be, will want their own head coach. David Caldwell, the believed favorite for the Jaguars job, has been linked to San Francisco 49ers offensive coordinator Greg Roman as his head coach of choice.
Until a new general manager is hired Mularkey's fate twists in the wind, but his prospects right now aren't looking good. His future really doesn't look good when you take into account the fact that the Jaguars assistents have been given permission to seek other jobs.
