The Jacksonville Jaguars will again look for their first win of the season when they play host to the San Diego Chargers in Week 7. Despite a strong showing on the road against Denver Broncos in Week 6, the Jaguars are still big, 10-point underdogs against the visiting Chargers.
While they are understandably underdogs against the 3-3 Chargers, who have earned impressive victories against the Eagles, Cowboys and Colts, there are plenty of people who believe that the Jaguars will have a chance to pull the upset if Chad Henne can continue to play like he has as of late.
He'll be aided by the return of receiver Cecil Shorts III, who is listed as active after missing the majority of the team's loss to the Broncos. Despite a shoulder injury, Shorts is expected to start in Week 7, and the defense will also see the return of rookie cornerback Dwayne Gratz.
The third round draft pick has been out since suffering a high-ankle sprain in Week 1, but will not start in his return, as Will Blackmon has played very well in his place. Still, expect the Jaguars to try and work in the rookie they feel is a long-term starter at cornerback.
