Blaine Gabbert injury: Jaguars QB likely out vs. Broncos

The Jaguars will likely be without quarterback Blaine Gabbert against the Denver Broncos.

Jeff Curry-USA TODAY Sports

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert left Sunday's game with a hamstring injury and will likely be out against the Denver Broncos according to head coach Gus Bradley at his Monday afternoon press conference.

Bradley classified Gabbert's injury as a grade two hamstring strain and will be a week-to-week injury.

This means that Chad Henne is presumably going to be the starting quarterback on Sunday.

There was a report earlier in the day that Gabbert could be out for an extended period of time, but Bradley didn't seem to want to commit one way or another at the quarterback position going forward. Bradley also seemed to indicate that when Gabbert is healthy again he would get back in the starting lineup.
