It's not time to panic and it's not time to cry. The Jacksonville Jaguars are not in line to be the owners of the first selection in the 2014 NFL Draft, but with eight weeks left to play there's plenty of team for things to change. And they will.
There just isn't going to be two winless teams and with a half game separating the Jaguars and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, it's anyone's guess who will end up on top in the event of a tie.
For rooting sake, though: Losses for AFC South and AFC West teams are good, losses for NFC South and AFC East teams are bad. Both the Jaguars and Buccaneers played the NFC West in 2013 so those games cancel each other out.
