The Jacksonville Jaguars placed wide receiver Cecil Shorts III on injured reserved earlier on Tuesday, but they also made a handful of other roster moves, including adding offensive lineman Will Rackley to injured reserve.
Rackley suffered a concussion sometime before Sunday's game and it doesn't appear as if the Jaguars feel he'll be ready to go before the conclusion of the 2013 season.
To fill one of the roster positions, the Jaguars promoted guard Drew Nowak from the practice squad to the active roster and signed center Patrick Lewis off the Cleveland Browns practice squad.
There are now only two starting offensive lineman from the first week of the season, Brad Meester who could retire after the season and Uche Nwaneri.
